*Duties*
* Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
* Execute complex procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery with precision and aseptic technique.
* Utilize advanced dental software (Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix) for scheduling, documentation, and medical records management in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care to promote long-term oral health.
* Maintain infection control standards and ensure all medical documentation is accurate and up-to-date using medical imaging and dental terminology.
*Experience*
* Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with a focus on general dentistry and patient care.
* Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and medical documentation procedures.
* Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry procedures.
* Familiarity with dental software platforms such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly preferred.
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics; experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus.
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices for safeguarding patient privacy and medical records.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
