Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, and order picking.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification provided if needed).
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent tracking and reporting.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes as directed.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Ensure efficient movement of goods through the logistics pipeline.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
- Comfortable with lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
