We are actively recruiting a skilled Forklift Operator for our facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods throughout our warehouse. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to load and unload trailers, move inventory between storage areas, and assist with order fulfillment. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, performing daily equipment inspections, and reporting any maintenance issues are key responsibilities. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; you must adhere to all company safety policies, including the correct use of PPE and safe operating procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification, a minimum of two years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting, and a solid understanding of logistics principles. Experience with reach trucks or cherry pickers is a plus. This position involves significant lifting and physical activity.
