Respiratory Therapist (Full-Time) – $15,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Location: Northern Suburbs of Chicago, IL
Night Shifts Available | 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Weekends/Holidays | Weekend Call Required

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. This full-time night shift opportunity comes with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and the chance to be part of a leading healthcare provider committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing a wide range of advanced respiratory care services. This includes:
* Administering all offered respiratory therapies
* Ventilator management and airway support
* EKGs, pulse oximetry, Holter monitoring, pulmonary function testing, and procedures directed by pulmonologists
* Managing and operating respiratory equipment and supplies safely and effectively
* Performing clerical duties such as chart data entry, documentation, departmental charges, and filing

Available Shifts:
* 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays
* 7:30 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week
* Weekend Call: One 12-hour shift per weekend (Saturday or Sunday)

Minimum Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
* Current Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner License
* National certification (RRT or CRT) preferred
* BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
* Minimum 3 years of ICU/critical care experience preferred
* Strong background in direct bedside patient care
* Self-supervising and self-motivated work ethic
* Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
