This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled, patient-focused dentist with leadership experience, looking for a *flexible, 4 day per week schedule*. * *Position*: General Dentist & Clinical Director
* *Schedule*: 4 days per week

* *Established Patient Base*: Strong, loyal patient following with *80+ new patients* joining each month
* *Support Team*: Dedicated and experienced team to support your clinical and administrative needs
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead the clinical team in providing top-quality dental care to a diverse patient population
* Comfortability with all Bread-and-Butter procedures as well as some experience with oral surgery, implants, endo and clear aligners preferred.
* Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure efficient patient flow
* Mentor and support associate dentists, hygienists, and staff to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment
* Collaborate with the practice owner and administration to ensure continuous growth and improvement
* Drive patient satisfaction and build lasting relationships within the community
*Qualifications:*
* *Minimum 5 years of experience* as a practicing dentist, with a proven track record of leadership
* Proficient in placing implants and advanced restorative procedures
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Dedication to patient care and quality outcomes
* Ability to work well within a collaborative environment
