We are seeking a Maintenance Sales Account Manager to join a growing team and play a key role in retaining long-standing clients, securing recurring maintenance contracts, and developing new business opportunities. Benefits: Salary starting at £27,000, rising to £28,000 after probation Individual commission structure Christmas off Many more Responsibilities: Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry and proposal through to contract signing and ongoing account management Building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact Driving customer retention by ensuring smooth delivery of services and securing annual contract renewals Identifying and converting new sales opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells, to achieve sales KPIs Gaining strong technical understanding of products, services, and the wider water reuse industry to offer accurate solutions Understanding challenges faced by clients and providing tailored recommendations to support their needs Maintaining CRM records and managing your pipeline effectively Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery What We Are Looking For: Proven sales success and confidence in negotiation Experience using a CRM system Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner A team player who is self-motivated, organised, and solutions-focused Ability to think on your feet, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks A positive, enthusiastic approach with strong customer service ability If you are interested in learning more about this exciting Maintenance Sales Account Manager opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
