Pay Range: $2,438.00 - $3,043.00 per week

Job Description:

Gifted Healthcare is seeking experienced MedSurg Nurses (RNs) for travel contracts in New Jersey. This is a full-time contract position requiring relocation for the length of the assignment. As a MedSurg Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care in a MedSurg setting, assessing patient needs, and contributing to a team-focused environment. Your MedSurg expertise will be key in ensuring the highest standard of care for patients in need of medical interventions and treatments.

Responsibilities:
* Provide bedside care for a variety of patients in the MedSurg unit.
* Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized care plans for MedSurg patients.
* Administer and record prescribed medications as part of the MedSurg care plan.
* Assist physicians during examinations and procedures in the MedSurg setting.
* Monitor patient symptoms and take appropriate action when needed in MedSurg care.
* Perform necessary procedures including dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV starts as required in MedSurg care.
* Document patient progress accurately in the MedSurg unit.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, specifically in MedSurg nursing.
* Recent experience in a MedSurg specialty.
* Active RN license in good standing.
* Must be willing to relocate for the duration of the contract in New Jersey.
