Position Summary:

The
Client Advisory Manager
is responsible for leading the delivery of strategic solutions, analytics, and advisory services to clients, ensuring innovation, quality, and repeatability across all engagements. This individual will bring a strong balance of engineering-oriented thinking, leadership, and communication skills to drive value creation for clients and operational excellence within the organization.

Reporting directly to the President, the Client Advisory Manager will oversee the Client Advisory team, providing direction, mentorship, and strategic oversight, while maintaining a dotted-line partnership with the Business Development and Client Advisory functions. This leader will play a key role in advancing the firm's market presence and enhancing the effectiveness of its client delivery model.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution, analytics, and strategic delivery to clients across assigned projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with clients to achieve their strategic goals through the application of Pareto's analytics solutions and healthcare business expertise.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify market challenges and translate them into innovative product or service enhancements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform new offerings and improvements to existing solutions.
  • Serve as the key business liaison for assigned projects, overseeing all phases including design, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, conducting regular check-ins, reviewing project status reports, and identifying potential risks or areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing oversight, guidance, and issue resolution as needed.
  • Support Business Development and Consulting teams through sales enablement activities, including participation in client meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain industry engagement through professional associations, conferences, and forums to stay informed of emerging trends.
  • Provide strategic market insights to leadership based on client discussions and research, integrating learnings into service line methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Advisory Services leadership to establish goals, track progress, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the service line.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting management, including at least 3 years leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare payer landscape, with Risk Adjustment experience highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, managing relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize and scale teams effectively.
  • Skilled in influencing, engaging, and motivating both consultants and clients.
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs and conceptualize innovative approaches.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position provides work direction and has full supervisory responsibility, including hiring, promotions, performance management, discipline, and discharge.

Positions Supervised:

  • Client Advisory Analyst – Approx. 4 positions
  • Client Advisory Associate – Approx. 2 positions

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary for this position ranges from
$110,000 – $125,000 USD
, with a bonus target of up to
10% of the base salary
