About the Role

We are looking for a
DevOps Engineer
with
a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience
to operate and scale a
highly available, secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform
on AWS. This role has full ownership of production systems, including
on-call and incident management
, and requires strong independent execution.

Responsibilities

• Operate and scale
  highly available, multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure
  on AWS
• Build and maintain
  redundant, fault-tolerant architectures
• Own
  monitoring, logging, and observability
• Manage
  CI/CD pipelines
  and deployment automation
• Provision infrastructure using
  Terraform (IaC)
• Participate in
  on-call rotation
  and lead incident response and post-mortems
• Ensure backups, disaster recovery, security, and compliance readiness

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience
  in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience with
  AWS
• Proven experience operating
  multi-tenant SaaS systems in production
• Solid understanding of
  availability, scalability, and observability
• Comfortable owning
  on-call responsibilities
  and production incidents
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have / Plus Points

• Experience with
  AWS GovCloud
  or government environments
• Knowledge of
  ITAR
  and regulated industry requirements
• Experience in
  highly regulated industries
• Strong
  Python
  skills for automation
• Familiarity with
  SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP
