Position Overview:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong knowledge of drink recipes, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools, glassware, and supplies.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and follow all alcohol service regulations.
- Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately.
- Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to promote responsible service.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure timely service.
- Create a positive and engaging atmosphere by being attentive, personable, and professional.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and bar equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must meet the minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
