About the Opportunity:

The organization is a hypergrowth legal-tech startup modernizing immigration for individuals and businesses worldwide. By combining top-tier immigration attorneys with AI-powered automation, it accelerates the immigration process with speed, clarity, and trust. The Individuals & SMB segment is a rapidly growing area, supporting founders relocating to the U.S., startups sponsoring employees, and families navigating complex visa paths. This role focuses on building personalized outreach and automation strategies to drive growth in this segment.

Responsibilities:


• Own outbound pipeline generation for Individuals & SMB


• Build, launch, and optimize multi-touch automated campaigns using Heyreach, Instantly, and Clay


• Track real-time buying signals such as founder activity, hiring trends, job transitions, visa inquiries, startup funding, and remote worker triggers for prioritizing outreach


• Personalize emails, social messages, and call scripts at scale with AI-powered workflows


• Rapidly respond to inbound leads and qualify prospects for consultations


• Conduct discovery to understand immigration goals, timing, budget, and decision-making criteria


• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to refine messaging and test new ICP micro-segments


• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and ensure consistent pipeline hygiene


• Contribute to building the SMB outbound playbook including messaging, sequences, triggers, and workflows


• Continuously test new hooks, channels, and automation tactics to improve conversion rates

Requirements:


• 1 to 3+ years of BDR/SDR experience in high-volume SMB, consumer, or PLG-adjacent environments


• Hands-on experience with outbound tools such as Heyreach, Instantly, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and enrichment systems


• Strong phone presence and ability to guide prospects empathetically through first contact


• Experimenter's mindset with a focus on A/B testing, measurement, and optimization


• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills


• High-ownership attitude with bias toward fast execution


• Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment with frequent iteration and learning


• Interest in immigration, global mobility, or helping individuals navigate critical life decisions

Compensation:

United States (Remote):


• Base $55,000 to $60,000


• OTE $85,000 to $95,000

Canada (Remote):


• Base CAD $70,000 to $78,000


• OTE CAD $108,000 to $122,000
