We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook in our establishment, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious meals and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in their culinary creations by Chef Aaron.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Adapt to changing menu items and seasonal ingredients
• Participate in menu planning and development when required
• Along with an hourly Salary, tips are paid out.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen setting
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is preferred
