Job Title - Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Work Location - Cranbury NJ

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training QA Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop and implement effective training solutions, identify training needs, and improve overall training quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and on-the-job training
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify gaps in current training programs
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop and implement effective training solutions
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop and maintain training documentation, including training materials and records
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  Identify and implement best practices in training delivery and evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Training, Quality Assurance)
• 2+ years of experience in training, quality assurance, or a related field
• Strong instructional design and delivery skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with training management systems and e-learning platforms (e.g., LMS, authoring tools)

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $115,000
