Role Description

Twin Cities Metro Area, MN (Lakeville, Blaine & Bloomington)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager, for 4 of our locations in Minnesota.The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the facility, including managing equipment and building repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Responsibilities also include managing utility systems, monitoring budgets, and implementing cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. The Facilities Manager will collaborate with various teams to maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment for both staff and patrons.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in facility maintenance, building systems management, and equipment repairs.
• Experience in vendor management, including negotiating contracts and coordinating maintenance schedules.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to monitor budgets, reduce expenses, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations, as well as compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and external partners.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment.
• Proven experience in facilities management or a related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
