Software Engineering Manager

OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor, is seeking applicants for a Software Engineering Manager position to support our Space customer in Huntsville, Alabama and Sunnyvale, California.

OASYS, INC. is seeking experienced Software Manager to be part of a team developing missile defense technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to adversity. OASYS, INC. is seeking a full-time Software Engineer. In this role, you will lead software engineering teams through the software development lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience developing software, leading software development efforts, managing projects, and being a leader of people.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
