Your Role

• Perform a variety of high-quality massage and bodywork services
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their needs, inquire about contraindications, and create customized treatment plans.
• Maintain a serene, clean, and professional atmosphere in your treatment room, ensuring it is properly stocked and sanitized before and after each session.
• Keep detailed and accurate client records (SOAP notes) for all services performed.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage and recommend home care or follow-up treatments.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.

Who You Are

• You hold a current and valid Florida Massage Therapist License (LMT).
• You have proof of professional liability insurance.
• You possess proven experience as a massage therapist with proficiency in multiple modalities.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with clients.
• You are compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience.
• You are able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a resort community.
