ServiceNow Developer – GRC

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Developer
with strong hands-on expertise in
Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
,
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
modules. This role involves designing, configuring, and enhancing IRM/GRC applications, building automated workflows, and delivering scalable, upgrade-safe solutions supporting enterprise risk, compliance, and audit programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance IRM/GRC modules:
  Risk, Controls, Compliance, RCSA, Assessments, Indicators, Issues & Remediation
  .
• Configure and customize
  ServiceNow Playbooks
  to guide users through compliance, audit, and remediation workflows.
• Build workflows, scoring models, assessment templates, compliance mappings, and automation using
  Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
  , and
  UI Policies
  .
• Develop platform components:
  tables, ACLs, data policies, CMDB relationships
  , integrations, and upgrade-safe configurations.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, documentation, and release management.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years
  ServiceNow development experience, including
  3+ years in IRM/GRC
  .
• Deep understanding of
  Risk, Controls, RCSA, Compliance, Issues, Indicators
  .
• Proven experience configuring and extending
  ServiceNow Playbooks
  .
• Strong scripting skills:
  JavaScript, Glide API, REST APIs
  .
• Deep understanding of workflows, Flow Designer, ACLs, and platform configuration.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SOX, NIST, PCI, ISO, HIPAA).
• Experience designing assessment workflows and control testing frameworks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

• Certifications:
  CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, CIS-IRM, CAD
  .
• Experience in finance, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
