Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Center Director—a clinical leader who will guide a team of behavior professionals and ensure the highest standards of ABA care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Director, the CD will:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a clinical team including BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
- Monitor clinic performance and drive clinical excellence, staff morale, and productivity
- Maintain billable hour targets and ensure 85% of authorized care is delivered
- Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and appeals
- Collaborate with intake and scheduling teams to manage caseloads and client onboarding
- Oversee training, performance reviews, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with insurance and billing requirements
- Deliver direct clinical services and maintain an appropriate caseload
- Identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment as necessary
- Provide clinical support to families, school professionals, and community partners
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Active BCBA certification and state licensure in good standing
- Proficiency in systems such as Central Reach and SharePoint
- Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to timely follow-ups and accurate documentation
- A passion for supporting children and families affected by autism
