What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Drive outbound sales through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and strategic outreach
- Build relationships with decision-makers and executives at mid-size to large companies
- Represent 451 at industry events, showcases, and networking opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships that lead to long-term, high-value engagements
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure aligned messaging and smooth deal handoff
What We're Looking For
- 4+ Proven experience closing deals, ideally in design, creative, or professional services
- Strong background in cold outreach, networking, and relationship-driven sales
- Comfortable selling to mid-size and large organizations
- Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives with ownership and accountability
A Plus but not required:
An established network or active relationships with decision-makers at mid-size to enterprise-level companies
