What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing
• Drive outbound sales through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and strategic outreach
• Build relationships with decision-makers and executives at mid-size to large companies
• Represent 451 at industry events, showcases, and networking opportunities
• Develop strategic partnerships that lead to long-term, high-value engagements
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure aligned messaging and smooth deal handoff

What We're Looking For

• 4+ Proven experience closing deals, ideally in design, creative, or professional services
• Strong background in cold outreach, networking, and relationship-driven sales
• Comfortable selling to mid-size and large organizations
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives with ownership and accountability

A Plus but not required:

An established network or active relationships with decision-makers at mid-size to enterprise-level companies
