Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated and curious Sales Intern to support our Team Sales division. This role is ideal for someone interested in sports, sales, and the business side of athletics. You'll work directly with our national sales managers to identify potential customers, build prospect lists, and support outreach to elite sports programs and universities across the country.

What You'll Do
- Research NCAA programs, professional teams, and elite training facilities to identify prospects.
- Pull and organize data from team websites, directories, and online sources to build targeted lead lists.
- Support outbound efforts including email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to athletic trainers and performance staff.
- Occasionally make calls to verify contact info or set introductory meetings.
- Update and track leads through our CRM system.
- Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and event preparation.
- Participate in team meetings and, when possible, join off-site visits to learn about customer engagement and product demos.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to brainstorm outreach campaigns that drive awareness.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Passionate about sports, human performance, and recovery.
- Strong communication and research skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable making professional phone calls and emails.
- Self-starter who enjoys both team collaboration and independent projects.
- Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets; CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or athletics is helpful but not required.
