Über
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing dishes according to our recipes and quality standards. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency, speed, and presentation of every plate leaving the line. This role requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to recipe standards and portion specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and overall kitchen area.
- Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment before service.
- Ensure food quality and consistency meet restaurant standards at all times.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP/ServSafe).
- Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving deliveries as needed.
- Support other stations and kitchen operations as directed by the Kitchen Manager.

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
