• Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff during service
• Ensure consistent preparation, quality, and presentation of all dishes
• Assist with ordering, inventory, prep planning, and waste control
• Train new cooks and maintain a positive, team-focused culture
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Contribute to maintaining a smooth, efficient, and organized kitchen

• Culinary experience in a full-service, high-volume environment
• Ability to motivate and guide a diverse kitchen team
