General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scale restaurant operations across multiple meal periods, ensuring seamless service, consistent execution, and an elevated guest experience. Will oversee a lobby bar & coffee shop as well.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team, guiding managers and associates, building a strong culture, and ensuring accountability and growth.
• Drive financial and operational success through budgeting, forecasting, system implementation, and strategic initiatives that support profitability and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years upscale restaurant management experience. Preferably within a hotel.
• Deep operational knowledge of dining service, including food, wine, and beverage program collaboration; experience with multiple meal periods is a plus.
• Ability to mentor - many employees are students and require flexibility and patience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
