What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate engineering studies and change order requests
• Manage day-to-day operations and track project progress
• Work with clients and subcontractors on project specifications and technical questions
• Establish and maintain job cost control, including monthly billing procedures
• Identify, research, and resolve contract disputes with the Owner or Client

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in the Solar or EPC construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong communication skills to effectively present information to various stakeholders

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with renewable energy projects, particularly in wind and solar
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction
• Previous experience managing subcontractors and project budgets
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts related to project costs and estimates
