$165K - $250K + Meaningful Equity

Eligibility:
No visa sponsorship available | Must be able to work fully on-site in SF

Required Tech Stack / Experience:
Python (strong), LLMs, Full Stack Engineering, Cloud (AWS/GCP), Product engineering, Enterprise integrations, Agentic AI. Bonus: Kubernetes / DevOps or React.

Required Experience:
3+ years software engineering NOT internships and have worked for a well known VC-backed startup

• Experience in notable VC‑backed startups, from Seed stage through Unicorn growth, focused on technically complex product development (not consumer apps). Roles have been within engineering teams of 10+ members.
• You must have strong hands-on Python experience and have built/owned real software products = ideally B2B or enterprise-grade.

Must-haves

• Strong Python engineering ability

• Experience with LLMs and AI-driven systems

• Solid product engineering background (preferably B2B or enterprise)

• Experience working in high-quality engineering teams (startups or growth-stage, 10+ engineers)

• Strong understanding of previous work - real depth, not surface-level

• Able to work on-site 5 days/week in SF

Bonus experience:

• Kubernetes / DevOps

• React front-end experience

• AWS or GCP

• Open-source, side projects, research, deep technical hobbies

Hands-on experience with:

• Python (core requirement)

• LLMs + AI-based code generation / reasoning systems

• Building and shipping real software products

This is not a consumer-app engineering role - this is enterprise-grade AI + infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing

Core Platform & Agent Development

• Build and develop the core Agentic AI platform

• Develop AI Agents that automate code understanding and transformation

• Create deep integrations with enterprise software ecosystems

AI Systems & Evaluation

• Build evaluation frameworks for AI agent performance

• Improve accuracy, reliability, and reasoning capabilities

• Work closely with LLMs to push quality and output consistency

Full Stack & Cloud Engineering

• Contribute across backend, cloud infra, and optional front-end

• Architect scalable systems to handle enterprise workloads

• Build high-performance pipelines for data, execution, and inference

Product Collaboration

• Work directly with product and engineering leadership

• Turn complex enterprise problems into powerful product solutions

• Execute with speed, clarity, and strong technical judgement
