- Manage a small caseload of about 5–6 clients
- 26 billable hours each week
- Clinic hours are 8 AM–4 PM, with weekends free

Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, PDDBI) and create individualized treatment plans
- Build functional, engaging programming for both clinic-based and daily-life settings
- Partner closely with caregivers and colleagues to ensure consistency and support
- Offer monthly caregiver coaching and provide supportive, hands-on supervision to RBTs
- Use data to monitor progress and guide clinical decision-making
- Contribute to program development and innovation within our mission-driven, nonprofit clinic
What You Bring
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities
- Experience with EIBI is a plus
- Knowledge of Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior is preferred
- A growth-oriented approach and dedication to ethical, compassionate services
