The Role
World 50 Group is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our dynamic accounting and finance team. This critical role reports directly to the Head of FP&A with significant exposure to the CFO and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing, innovative organization. The FP&A Manager will lead key planning processes, support commercial initiatives, and provide financial thought leadership across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across the World 50 Group
  • Lead FP&A support for various business units, including monthly performance reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Support the preparation of monthly reporting packages, board materials, and strategic initiative updates to the World 50 Leadership Team
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); develop dashboards to visualize business performance
  • Collaborate closely with accounting to anticipate and address variances between actuals and budget
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve, scale, or simplify financial tools, systems, and processes
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across reporting platforms

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in FP&A
  • Prior experience in investment banking, consulting or private equity environments is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; strong PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and influencing cross-functional team
  • Experience assisting with mergers and acquisitions is beneficial
