Job Summary:
AAYM and MD Research are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager – Sales & Marketing to oversee and expand our sales and marketing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives that drive organizational growth, strengthen brand visibility, and broaden our client network. This role demands strong leadership abilities, strategic planning, and a proven track record in achieving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote programs and enhance brand presence.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including content creation, SEO, social media, and lead generation.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of the sales and marketing team.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• MBA/PG degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of delivering consistent results.
