Job Role:
We are looking to hire a Networking & Systems Engineer that has previous experience managing a large networks for enterprise clients. This level 3 engineer will function as a team leader, working to keep the IT department on track to accomplish the daily and long-term goals. They will work closely with lower level technicians to manage the infrastructure (servers, network), work directly with vendors and administrators, and shape the way technology is implemented throughout the organization. Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Networking and Systems Administration.
- Strong Knowledge of Switching and Routing.
- CCNA or comparable vendor networking certification.
- Strong Knowledge of VMware/Virtual Environments.
- Strong Knowledge of Windows Server
- Strong Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Scripting.
- Operating knowledge of Firewalls, IDS, and Network security.
- Microsoft 365 & Entra ID experience.
- Corporate Antivirus/Antispam, Security & Backup solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with executives, engineers, salespeople, vendors, and peers.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to team with others to develop and implement complex projects.
- Must be neat, organized, energetic, and show initiative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, install, configure, and maintain windows servers, networks, email systems, and backup systems.
- Troubleshoot client/server problems, cabling, and software application problems.
- Create and maintain a highly efficient environment by tools and automation.
- Provide detailed documentation of work and environment.
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Dealing with the public and maintaining great customer relations.
- Manage Daily IT operations in accordance with SLAs and escalations.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the infrastructure.
- Develop and manage IT projects.
- Maintain full asset lists and network documentation.
- Analyze business requirements, assist with quoting based on budgetary parameters.
- Develop or obtain reports, analyze, and discuss with key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a highly efficient environment by tools and automation.
** We have customer locations that may require finger printing and background checks. **

- Cisco CCNA
Experience:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Pay: $75, $90,000.00 per year
