We are seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and expertise in various automotive services. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring vehicles are in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Repair and replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with automotive service and repair.
• Ability to perform alignments and other specialized services effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
• Virginia State Inspection License is a plus
