Position: Customer Service & Scheduling Representative Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner

· Schedule service appointments and route technicians efficiently

· Communicate with technicians throughout the day to adjust schedules as needed

· Provide accurate information about our services and help resolve customer questions

· Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service details

· Support the office team with light administrative tasks

Qualifications:

· Excellent phone and communication skills

· Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor

· Strong attention to detail and time management

· Basic computer skills (scheduling software experience a plus)

· Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

· Prior office or customer service experience preferred
