Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Representative to drive market development and maintain client relationships within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, capable of executing effective channel strategies and contributing to our brand's growth in the diverse U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market & Business Development:
    Actively develop new business and penetrate the assigned market by identifying and onboarding new clients across various trade channels.
  • Channel Management & Retail Execution:
    Conduct regular field visits to service and grow accounts within diverse channels, including but not limited to: Wholesale Distributors、Chain Stores、Convenience Stores & Smoke Shops、Gas Stations and so on.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Systematically gather, analyze, and report actionable market intelligence, including competitor activities, consumer trends, and product performance.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    Act as the local brand ambassador by participating in trade shows, executing in-store promotions, and implementing local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Additional Duties:
    Fulfill other tasks and projects as assigned by management to support team and company objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Language & Visa:
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
  • Experience & Skills:
  • Proven sales experience within the U.S. market is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a territory and conduct the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Logistics & Background:
  • Clean, valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Possesses excellent self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
