Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
: Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As the Deputy Onsite Engineering Executiom Lead for the Physical Security Systems in Strategic Mission Systems onsite you'll lead a highly skilled cross functional team responsible for the deployment and sustainment of the current and next generation security systems. You'll ensure the

• Experience leading teams of 10-20 engineers, specialists and technicians through large scale system installation, testing and sustainment
• Managing engineering resources (e.g. project assignments, capital equipment, etc.), organizational interfaces, and engineering scope
