We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of the residents.

Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments

• Assist with patient assessments and examinations

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana

• Experience in dementia care is a plus
