Job Title: Float Speech Language Pathologist / SLP

Salary: $ $120.00 per visit

Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem hours available

Home Health Care Inc is seeking a Float Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a per diem role assisting our clients around the Twin Cities area The services will be provided in our client's homes. Physical Therapist (PT) work independently to create and develop the Plan of Care. Provides physical therapy treatments, procedures, evaluations and diagnostic tests for clients.

Speech Language Pathologist / SLP Qualifications:

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP in the state of Minnesota
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records / EMR software is preferred

Speech Language Pathologist / SLP Overview:

• Provides in-home services and functional training for clients who have speech and language disorders
• Administer diagnostic speech and language assessments and evaluations in accordance with the plan of care
• Assess for the optimum feeding methods and technique to maximize swallowing safety
• Advise and teach appropriate supportive activities to clients and their family members
