Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence for Rison Design's botique multi-disciplinary design firm specializing in landscaping, floral + event design, home staging and event rentals.

In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop innovative strategies to achieve organizational goals. Your proactive approach and keen understanding of market dynamics will help propel our company forward, ensuring sustained success and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, proposals, and partnerships to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives.
  • Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions efficiently.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Canva, Flo-Desk, and 17hats or similar platforms for pipeline management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strategic planning capabilities to analyze markets and develop actionable growth strategies.
  • Effective project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques to support outreach efforts and brand positioning. Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $ $29.00 per hour
