Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment goals and home care strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
Compensation and Schedule
- Status: Full Time and Part Time

Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree/certification in Phsyical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
- Experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)in critical care or managed care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with geriatrics and the unique needs of older adults.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum, employing tailored strategies for engagement.
- Proficient in providing patient care that emphasizes safety, comfort, and rehabilitation goals.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
