As a Security Officer at Paragon Tropicana, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests, team members, and property.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol hotel and casino areas to enforce rules and ensure guest and staff safety
Respond to emergencies, disturbances, thefts, and accidents
Escort cash, slot, and table game transactions
Identify and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, and underage guests
Write detailed incident reports and maintain security logs
Assist guests and employees professionally and respectfully
Communicate effectively with management, team members, and law enforcement when needed
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Valid Nevada Driver's License
Nevada Gaming License
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Previous hotel/casino security or law enforcement experience preferred
Able to stand/walk for extended periods and respond quickly to incidents
