Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA, is for an experienced Senior Designer to join our team. The Senior Designer will collaborate with marketing, digital, and creative teams to develop high-quality visuals and branding materials. Responsibilities include designing digital and print assets, managing creative projects, adhering to brand guidelines, and brainstorming innovative concepts to elevate the Sounders brand. This individual will lead efforts in creating a cohesive visual identity across platforms and oversee the execution of impactful and engaging designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design, Typography, and Layout Design
• Experience in Branding, Visual Identity, and Creative Concept Development
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills for providing creative direction
• Relevant experience in the sports, entertainment, or related industries is a plus
• A portfolio showcasing a range of innovative and effective design work
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
