We are seeking a highly motivated
Technical Support Specialist
to provide technical assistance and support for Microsoft-based environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft products, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure reliable and efficient IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for Microsoft technologies and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
  • Assist with device management using Intune / Endpoint Manager.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Documents incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketingsystem
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams whennecessary.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English language (B2 Level or higher) is a must.
  • Proven experience in IT Support / Technical Support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft server environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure services and cloud concepts.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
