What We Are Looking For
- The goal of this role is to provide high-level executive support while coordinating talent and people-related initiatives that help our firm operate efficiently and grow intentionally. This position plays a critical role in supporting leadership, strengthening internal operations, and creating a positive candidate and employee experience.

- An individual with 2–5 years of experience in an executive assistant, operations, or people/talent coordination role, preferably within financial services or a professional services environment.

- Being on-site in Franklin, TN is required.
What You Will Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, internal documents, and reports as needed.
- Track priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure follow-through across leadership initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal team members and external partners.
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives to support firm efficiency and growth.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts, including posting open roles, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, and team coordination.
- Maintain accurate talent and HR-related records.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, training coordination, and team events.
- Support leadership in fostering a strong, organized, and values-driven team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- Ideally 2–5 years of experience in executive support, operations, HR coordination, or a similar role
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a professional services firm is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (particularly Calendar, Docs, and Sheets)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism with strong judgment and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while delivering accurate and timely results
- Proactive, responsive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary $70,000- $80,000 + Additional Bonuses
- Health insurance is available and will be provided. There is a group Medical, Dental, and Vision Plan.
- There is a company 401K with a 4% match and immediate vesting.
- Our policy for time away from work is unlimited use of days with a "target" amount of time away for each employee.
