Physical Therapist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to develop effective care plans that promote patient recovery and enhance mobility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from therapy to home or other care settings.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, outpatient settings, or home health is preferred.
• Ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in various settings including hospitals and outpatient clinics.
