Physical Therapist

Location: Various locations in Fargo/Moorhead (including home settings, assisted living facilities, and group homes)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess patients' physical abilities and design personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals. You will deliver therapy services in various settings, including patients' homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes, ensuring that your care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical capabilities and needs.

● Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional performance.

● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support for patients.

● Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and strategies for ongoing wellness.

● Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on outcomes.

● Provide compassionate support and motivation to encourage patient engagement and progress.

● Stay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices.

Qualifications:

● Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

● Current state licensure (ND and MN) or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.

● Experience in home health care, outpatient therapy, or similar settings is a plus.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and families.

● Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility in adapting to patient needs.
