Machine Learning Engineer

I'm hiring an MLE for a fast-growing company building the world's leading platform for AI transparency and content integrity. They're tackling hallucination detection, writing stylometry, and building a next-generation AI writing coach used by millions. They're profitable, growing fast, and already at significant ARR.

In this role, you'll help build the next wave of tools that strengthen critical thinking online. Expect a mix of LLM fine-tuning, prompt optimization, multi-agent workflows, and hands-on product engineering. You'll work closely with product and design to ship tools that have real societal impact.

We're looking for engineers who:

• Have strong Python experience
• Have worked with LLM frameworks or agentic/RAG systems (Langchain, Langraph)
• Enjoy fine-tuning models, optimizing prompts, and experimenting with new techniques
• Minimum 3 years working in industry
• Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science or similar
