About the Role:

Coming in as an Trainee Sales Consultant, you will go through our in-house training program, which will teach you everything you need to know to be a great recruiter. You will start out learning how to qualify candidates, then move into business development, where you will network with high-level executives. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process and join a high-energy environment where all wins are celebrated

What You'll Be Doing
:

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and your network to find top talent within the IT industry
• Build your own network with strong relationships with clients and candidates that last
• Reach out to hiring managers directly via cold calling, emailing, networking, etc.
• Grow your skills
  through our comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship that's here to support you every step of the way
• Reach (and exceed) your weekly and monthly objectives tied to connecting with clients and placing candidates
