As Practice Manager, you will be at the heart of our Birmingham location, driving the team toward success, creating a culture of accountability, and ensuring an unparalleled patient experience.

What You'll Do as Our Practice Manager:

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team – You'll inspire and coach your team, reinforcing a culture of accountability, positivity, and excellence.
• Oversee Daily Operations – Manage scheduling, workflow, and patient experience to ensure smooth, efficient, and exceptional service.
• Enhance the Patient Journey – From first impressions to follow-ups, you'll ensure that every patient feels valued and cared for.
• Drive Growth & Success – Optimize processes, increase efficiency, and work closely with leadership to maximize productivity and financial success.
• Build a Winning Culture – Establish strong leadership at the office level, reducing the need for escalations and ensuring your team feels empowered and supported.

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced & Driven Leader – Management experience in the dental field is a must. You love leading, problem-solving, and executing with excellence.
• Operations & Systems Focused – You thrive on streamlining workflows, maximizing efficiency, and making things run like clockwork.

Office Hours (No Crazy Late Nights or weekends)

• Monday: Closed
• Tuesday: 8 AM - 6 PM
• Wednesday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Thursday: 8 AM - 6 PM
• Friday: 7 AM - 2 PM
