Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining plumbing systems at our central location. Specifically, we need a leak to be fixed, two bathrooms to be deleted with the plumbing capped off, and one bathroom to be renovated.

Your expertise will ensure that plumbing solutions are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites and remodeling projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively
  • Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing tasks while following safety protocols
  • Perform basic math calculations for measurements, pipe sizing, and material estimates
  • Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new systems into existing structures
  • Follow schematics and technical instructions to troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
  • Utilize HVAC knowledge when working on integrated mechanical systems in commercial or industrial settings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with hands-on site experience
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and schematics reading
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC integration, and construction site safety practices
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments
  • Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
  • Experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and remodeling or assembly projects
  • Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of construction site protocols including safety procedures and OSHA regulations
  • Maintenance Person experience or general construction background is a plus

Pay: $ $27.06 per hour
