Heart of House Team Members fill critical roles in the restaurant: consistently preparing and serving "CRAVE"able food for our guests with a level of excellence and quality that most quick-service restaurants do not demand. You will prepare, cook, and assemble food products that are of amazing quality and freshness for our guests. Previous Chick-fil-A and Food Service Experience is encouraged. You must be a minimum age of 18+ years old to apply for this job. You must be available to work at least 3 days per week and available to work most Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and minimize wait times
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities
• Follow proper food storage procedures in line with food industry standards and sanitation guidelines
• Support kitchen operations by assisting with food prep, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred; on-the-job training will be provided
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is advantageous
• Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants enhances your ability to thrive in this role
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures is highly valued
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, retail store, or grocery environment will help you excel in managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Strong time management skills are essential for balancing food prep, customer service support, and cleanliness tasks effectively

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
