Speech Language Pathologist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide speech therapy services to the children who attend our autism center for ABA therapy as well as those needing services in our community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client
• Collaborate with our ABA team, educators, and families to support client's progress
• Educate clients and their families on techniques and strategies to enhance communication skills
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology through ongoing professional development

Skills

• Proven experience working in pediatric environments
• Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and client care practices
• Skilled in client assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

This is a salaried position with paid time off and paid holidays.

Approximately 36 hours per week.

4-5 days per week(discussed in interview)

Must have ccc's to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
