Job Description:

Aerojet Rocketdyne is a world-recognized aerospace and defense leader providing propulsion and energetics to space, missile defense, and strategic, tactical missile and armaments customers throughout domestic and international markets. We are seeking a highly hands-on Tooling Engineer to support our electronic production and test operations.

This is not a desk-only engineering role. We are looking for someone who thrives on the production floor, who has spent years rolling up their sleeves and directly fixing issues as they arise. The ideal candidate is a true problem-solver—someone who is relied upon daily to quickly diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electronic problems with production and test equipment. Our facility depends on this individual's deep, practical understanding of how each piece of equipment functions, and their ability to keep operations running smoothly.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of Washington is $77,500 - $144,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
